摘  要：我国针对改革开放以来城乡差距日益拉大，城乡二元结构显著的问题。提出了城乡统筹的战略方针。“十一五”期间，长沙市积极贯彻城乡统筹，并取得显著成效。本文利用城乡统筹的相关案例对长沙市城乡统筹进行分析，以榔梨镇、靖港镇和玉潭镇为例，对实施城乡统筹期间的发展现状和实现持续发展的对策进行分析。

Changsha's Case Analysis of Urban and Rural
Abstract: As to address remarkable problems as result of the Dual structure in Urban and Rural Areas that  increasingly widening gap between urban  and rural areas since implementation of reform and opening up，our government has adopted a strategy for balancing economic and social development between urban and rural areas .During the period of  “the Eleventh Five-year plan”，Changsha municipal government made every efforts to implement the strategy as to balance economic and social development between urban and rural areas and has made a great notable achievement. Through analyzing some cases relevant to implementation of the strategy of balancing economic and social development between urban and rural areas in Changsha，such as Langli town 、 Jinggang town and Yutan town，this paper analyzes development situation during the period of implementation of the strategy and strategy adopted for achieving sustainable development.
