摘 要:在城市市场中食品的主要销售阵地和竞争战场集中在大型零售终端,零售终端(大卖场)从营销的实战角度来看,已成为了商家必争之地,终端为王的概念早已深入人心,做好终端就代表着做好了销售和品牌的推广,因此,在大型零售终端中食品的销售管理显得愈发的重要。但中小型企业在大型零售终端的表现却往往不尽人意,其中的原因有很多,本论文将针对这一些问题对食品在大型零售终端的销售管理进行探讨。

1.1选题研究意义
在当今社会中,终端市场已经是商家必争之地。在现在的生活中,终端也扮演着不可缺少的角色,终端销售的重要性已经被越来越多的营销人员认同和接受,也被列为营销环节中非常重要的一环,各大营销刊物都不惜巨幅来研究和讨论这一问题,一时间“营销必称终端”,当然也就成为营销界的人士“不得不说的话题”,终端销售在营销过程中的影响力之大可见一斑。因此基于以上的基础我将对食品在终端的销售管理做出分析和探讨。
