摘要
在互联网的发展及电子商务网络的推动下,人们的消费观念发生转变,购买物品的方式也产生了变化,越来越多的消费者倾向于网上购物。因此各大企业都想要在电子商务领域中占据一席之地。农资电商行业作为后起之秀,也开始了网上销售模式,但目前发展形势不容乐观。随着近些年城镇化的大规模发展,导致成片的土地抛荒现象严重,加上政府对土地的集中征收,我国的个体农业种植少之又少。直到家庭农场,新型产业合作社的出现给农资行业注入了新的活力。这些有着一定的知识储备和丰富经验的农业种植者,他们不仅仅依靠传统的农耕方式,也对新型的农资电商平台提出了较高的要求。
本文主要研究内容为“农资惠”电商平台的用户体验,第一部分在大量收集整理和分析文献的基础上,对国内外研究现状进行了综述;第二部分则是从界面设计与模块功能两个方面对“农资惠”电商平台进行了介绍;第三部分通过问卷调查的方式得出影响用户体验的因素,并进行多角度,有针对性的分析;第四部分分别从网站品牌、商品种类、交互设计、提供服务四个方面提出了优化策略;第五部分是文章的总结与展望。

Research on User Experience of E-commerce Platform“Nong Zi Hui”
ABSTRACT
Driven by the development of the Internet and the promotion of e-commerce networks, people's consumption concepts have changed, and the way they purchase goods has also changed. More and more consumers are more inclined to shop online. Therefore, major companies want to occupy a place in the field of e-commerce. As a rising star, the agricultural e-commerce industry has also started an online sales model, but the current development situation is not optimistic. With the large-scale development of urbanization in recent years, the phenomenon of land abandonment has become serious, and with the government's centralized collection of land, China's individual agricultural cultivation is rare. Until the family farm, the emergence of new industrial cooperatives has injected new vitality into the agricultural industry. These agricultural growers with a certain knowledge reserve and rich experience not only rely on traditional farming methods, but also put forward higher requirements for the new agricultural materials e-commerce platform. This paper mainly studies the user experience of the “Agricultural Resources” e-commerce platform. The first part summarizes the research status at home and abroad on the basis of a large collection and analysis of the literature; the second part is from the interface design and module function. In two aspects, the “Agricultural Resources” e-commerce platform was introduced; the third part was to find out the factors affecting the user experience through questionnaire survey, and to carry out multi-angle and targeted analysis; the fourth part was from the website brand. The optimization strategy is proposed in four aspects: product type, interaction design and service provision. The fifth part is the summary and prospect of the article.
