摘  要
电子商务是以网络平台为支撑,利用电子进行交易以及相关服务的活动,蔬果类生鲜电子商务作为电子商务的分支仍在发展阶段,理论和实践尚待完善。
本文首先梳理文献,其次进行蔬果类生鲜电子商务问卷调查,分析当前网民对蔬果类生鲜电商平台的满意度,以及影响消费者信任度的方面,发现目前蔬果类生鲜电子商务存在大量潜在客户,但是潜在客户对蔬果类生鲜电子商务的疑虑仍然很大,然后根据调查报告中的直线分析与交叉分析得出可能帮助解决问题的细节信息,针对问题提出解决方案,比如通过全程透明跟踪的质量监管体制来保障蔬果质量,以及通过完善和创新供应链,或者建立自己的运输团队,在扩大宣传的同时,提高企业平台的信誉度,从而吸引更多客户。

INVESTIGATION AND ANALYSIS ON THE PRESENT SITUATION OF FRESH FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
ABSTRACT
Electronic commerce is a network platform as the support, the use of electronic transactions and related services, vegetable fresh e-commerce as a branch of electronic commerce is still in the development stage, theory and practice still need to be improved.

This article first combed the relevant literature; secondly, through the questionnaire survey and other methods, this paper analyzes the satisfaction of the fresh e-commerce platform of vegetable and fruit, as well as the influence of the consumer trust, and finds that there are a lot of potential customers in the fresh e-commerce, but the potential customers are fresh to the vegetables and fruits. Business concerns are still large, and then, according to the linear analysis and cross analysis in the survey report, the details of the possible solutions can be obtained, and solutions are proposed, such as the quality of the fruits and vegetables, as well as the improvement of the supply chain, by the quality supervision system that is transparent and tracked through the whole process. Our own transport team, while expanding publicity, will enhance the credibility of the platform so as to attract more customers.
