国有企业财务管理中存在的问题及对策-以矿业工程公司为例(论文12000字)

随着国家针对经济制度改革的不断加深，国营企业的财务管理制度也保持着相同的改革步伐。财务管理制度在不断革新的同时也推动了财务管理岗位在企业整体的经营管理过程中，走向更加重要的位置。虽然国有经济在当前市场经济环境中仍占重要位置，但部分国有企业却因缺乏竞争力在行业中逐渐落寞。随着企业改革的不断深化，国有企业也开始逐渐的关注到财务管理与内部控制在企业改革过程中所占据的重要位置。为了促进国有企业在市场竞争力方面的发展和国有企业在当前经济环境下的整体走向，国有企业意识到了当前经济环境下改革财务管理制度对企业的长期发展起到了相当重要的影响。
本文分析了“江苏矿业公司”在企业财务管理方面暴露出的种种弊端，例如对财务的监管力度不足，国有资产管理不严格，管理结构内部部分缺失等等。在对以上情况加以论述的前提下，对财务管理模式的创新法发展，健全高效的财务管理制度，健全优质的企业管理制度，确立财务管理在企业管理体系的重要地位等方面为国有企业的发展提出了合理化建议。在生产力得到极大提升的当前社会，矿石资源开发产业因其自身的独特地位与局限性，在未来的发展过程中可能难以保持高速的发展趋势，同时也无法适应当前市场经济的发展要求。我国虽然在对外开放的过程中取得了极大的经济进步，但同时也对国有企业形成了严峻的考验。国有企业应该在改革开放的浪潮中，在保持自身原有优势地位的同时也应加大对企业内部结构的优化处理以适应市场经济的发展。而企业内部结构优化的核心应该是积极的改革财务管理制度，从自身情况出发创建一个规范化的内部结构。由此可以看出，对于企业财务管理制度的改革对于国有企业在未来的发展具有相当重要的理论意义与指导作用。 [版权所有：http://DOC163.com]

The state-owned enterprises occupy an important market position in the market economy, so it is very necessary to study the internal financial management of the state-owned enterprises. The present situation of business management is described and analyzed, and the problems existing in the financial management of state-owned enterprises are found out.
