彭各庄村财务管理现状、问题及对策研究
彭各庄村财务管理现状、问题及对策研究(论文10900字)
摘要：农村财务管理直接关系到农民的切身利益，是制约农村经济健康运行、发展的主要因素。论文通过对彭各庄村财务管理工作的调查，分析得出村级财务管理制度不健全、财务公开形式化、财务缺乏监督、财务核算不规范、村干部财务管理水平低、村级财务筹资能力弱这些问题，提出了建立健全财务管理制度、提高村民参与财务管理的意识、提高村干部财务管理能力、推行财务公开、加强民主管理、拓展村级财务筹资渠道、改进村级财务管理模式等对策，以此来改变彭各庄村财务管理混乱的局面。

Abstract: Rural financial management directly related to the vital interests of farmers, is the main factors which restrict the development of the rural economy healthy operation,.The author through to the peng area village financial management work of investigation, analysis village-level financial management system is not sound, lack of financial open formal, financial supervision, financial accounting, financial management level is low, village cadres village-level financial financing ability of these problems, puts forward to establish and perfect the system of financial management, improve the consciousness of villagers to participate in the financial management, improve the ability of village cadres' financial management, financial disclosure, strengthen democratic management, expand the village-level financial financing channels, improvement of village-level financial management mode, etc countermeasures, in order to change the peng area village financial management confusion.
