摘  要：驰名商标的认定制度是保护知识产权制度的重要组成部分，本文从我国驰名商标的认定制度的历史沿革入手，同时借鉴了国外先进的驰名商标认定制度，论证了我国驰名商标认定制度的缺陷，并且对此提出了一系列的解决措施。为我国驰名商标的认定制度的完善提供一定的参照。
