摘 要
第三代移动通信技术(3G)在给人们展示最现代化信息服务的同时,也给电信和移动运营商提出了众多挑战,其中,如何建立为3G终端用户提供网页浏览、彩信、手机视频、手机动画、手机支付、电子商务等互联网服务的互联网数据中心(MCIDC }  Mobile Communication Internet Database Center)便是其中之一。面向3G终端用户的互联网数据中心是3G服务网络中一个重要和关键的支撑子系统,由于其业务的特殊性,以及当前以电信为主所提供的互联网资源的有限性,使得相当多的省级移动运营商采取不依赖电信网络,而独立地建立自己的MCIDC。本论文工作针对湖南省移动通信互联网数据中心(Hunan MCIDC)的建设问题,讨论了该系统在设计、建设与实现工程中的主要技术问题,包括移动通信互联网数据中心的需求分析、总体方案、系统架构、关键技术、管理平台等,设计了一个实用的移动互联网数据中心,并得到了实施,使得湖南移动能够有效利用公司内部网络资源,独立发展自身移动业务。论文主要工作具体体现在如下几个方面:
第一,研究了移动互联网络数据中心的需求分析。
第二,分析了目前我国移动通信公司在运营过程中存在的相关技术问题。

第三,本文所设计的MCIDC技术方案己通过《湖南移动互联网数据中心IDC建设项目》得以顺利实施。
第四代移动通信技术(4G)可称为宽带接入和分布网络,具有非对称的超过2Mb/s的数据传输能力。它包括宽带无线固定接入、宽带无线局域网、移动宽带系统和交互式广播网络。 第四代移动通信标准比第三代标准具有更多的功能。第四代移动通信可以在不同的固定、无线平台和跨越不同的频带的网络中提供无线服务,可以在任何地方用宽带接入互联网(包括卫星通信和平流层通信),能够提供定位定时、数据采集、远程控制等综合功能。
4G移动通信接入系统的显著特点是,智能化多模式终端基于公共平台,通过各种接入技术,在各种网络系统(平台)之间实现无缝连接和协作。在4G移动通信中,各种专门的接入系统都基于一个公共平台,相互协作,以最优化的方式工作,来满足不同用户的通信需求。当多模式终端接入系统时,网络会自适应分配频带、给出最优化路由,以达到最佳通信效果。

ABSTRACT

This paper work for mobile Internet data center of hunan province, Hunan MCIDC) built a problem, and discussed the system in the design, construction and implementation of the project, the main technical problems, including mobile communication letter Internet data center of requirements analysis, overall scheme, system architecture and key technologies, management platform, etc. Designed a practical mobile Internet data center, and the implementation, can effectively make hunan mobile using the company's internal network resources, independent mobile business development itself. Fourth generation mobile communication can be in different fixed and wireless platforms and across different frequency band in the network to provide wireless services, can be anywhere with a broadband Internet access (including satellite communication and the stratosphere communication), can provide positioning timing, data acquisition, remote control and other comprehensive functions. is that the intelligent multi-mode terminals based on the public platform, through a variety of access technology, in a variety of network system (platform) realize the seamless connection between and collaboration. In 4 g mobile communication, all kinds of special access systems are based on a common platform, collaborate and work in the optimization of way, to meet the communication needs of different users. When multi-mode terminal access system, the network will give that optimal routing, adaptive allocation band, in order to achieve the best effect of communication.
