基于MATLAB的车牌识别系统设计

基于MATLAB的车牌识别系统设计(论文13000字)
摘 要:本文针对实际生活中呈现的不停车缴费，车辆丢失，停车场车辆难于解决，特殊部门的车辆进出难等现象，利用MATLAB能够很方便的对图像进行处理，且灵活，快速的特点，在MATLAB上调用已编好的程序，能够很好的对车辆的牌照进行识别。在MATLAB中先后进行图像的获取，对图像的预处理，对图像车牌区域的定位，对字符的分割，对字符的识别，这五大过程，从而将车牌识别出来。

Design on recognition system of license plate based on MATLAB
Abstract：According to actual life presents the parking fee, lost vehicles, parking vehicles are difficult to solve, specific sectors of the vehicle import and difficult phenomenon, using Matlab can easily on the image processing, and flexible, rapid, is upregulated in MATLAB with programmed procedures, can be a very good of the vehicle license identification. In MATLAB in order to obtain the image, the image pretreatment, the image of the location of the license plate region, the character of the segmentation, the character recognition, these five processes, which will be identified by the license plate.
